Your mission when joining the Growth & Solutions team at Einride will be to enable our commercial and growth organizations to scale effectively and profitably. This role blends sales enablement, revenue operations, business intelligence, and customer engagement into a highly impactful position at the center of our expansion.
You Will
Lead the sales enablement function, equipping our teams with the tools, processes, and insights needed to accelerate growth. This includes overseeing all revenue operations, such as owning our CRM and commercial data, while developing dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to the business.
- Contribute to further developing our key account growth approach for our target accounts across business units globally.
- Support on live customer cases, from analyzing transportation networks to shaping electrification and autonomy recommendations, including cost analysis and pricing proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the central strategy team to provide input on business strategy requests for leadership, the board, and investors.
We Expect You To:
Be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and with a proven ability to solve complex business problems. You're a collaborative team player who excels at connecting commercial, operational, and financial perspectives to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
- Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in growth, sales enablement, revenue operations, or strategy.
- Bring proven experience in equipping commercial teams with scalable processes, tools, and insights that drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Be capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations for leadership.
- Have experience operating in a B2B technology, SaaS, logistics, or mobility company.
