We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Senior Specialist

to join our dynamic and innovative Test Factory.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks, especially using Java and Selenium for web and mobile applications.

As a Test Automation Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing.

What You’Ll Do:

• Write and automate test cases using Java, Selenium, and related tools;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements;
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability;
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and infrastructure;
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects, and support their resolution;
• Continuously improve automation testing processes and methodologies;
• Analyze test results and prepare reports with root cause analysis and recommendations.

What You'Ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in distributed and complex systems, test case design, and test automation;

• Agile Methodology;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Informatics or related fields;
• Strong hands-on experience with: Java (1.7+), Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Jenkins, API testing (RestAssured), JSON/XML, Junit/TestNG;
• CI/CD tools, GIT/Maven/Gradle, relational database;
• Basic knowledge of Docker, JMeter, Sitespeed.io, Grafana, Dynatrace or Kibana is preferable;
• Proficiency in English (Italian is a plus);
• Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
