Your New Role

As our new Operational Excellence Partner, you will champion a culture of excellence, empowering leaders and teams to cultivate the right behaviors, systems, and mindset for sustained success. Your focus will be on driving cultural transformation, engaging leadership, and managing sustainable change to ensure both operational and business success.

You will be a part of the Process Technology management team and work closely with leaders to develop and implement frameworks that ensure long-term organizational resilience, operational effectiveness, and a high-performance culture. Your focus is on integrating excellence into the company’s strategy, governance, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategies that strengthen organizational culture and embed core values, enhancing skills and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate activities for leaders and stakeholders to improve skills and mindset, engaging in change management focused on both process and mindset.
  • Implement structured approaches to assess and measure cultural excellence, identifying and closing system gaps, and tracking improvements for sustainable impact.
  • Engage in change management efforts and develop systems that ensure that transformation initiatives are not just process-driven but also mindset-driven.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between different business units in their approach to excellence.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of engaging and aligning people, processes, and systems for continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Expertise in change management, leadership development and engagement, and cultural transformation.
  • Proven experience collaborating with leaders to drive systemic and sustainable change.
  • Ability to facilitate learning, coaching, and leadership engagement across all organizational levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
