Junior Specialist Vendor Master Data

Main Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for maintenance (Supplier creation/change process) of Supplier Master data that are fundamental to business processes;
• To process User requests in ticketing system by validating the correctness of incoming requests and completing Supplier Master data maintenance in the ERP system – Oracle JDE;
• Complete requests for Supplier Master data in a timely, accurate manner to ensure a high quality of Master data;
• Perform “Calling to Suppliers” Procedure in order to verify Suppliers Bank account information;
• Monitor Master Data quality, report discrepancies (if any) to Senior colleagues;
• Collaboration with internal business stakeholders.

Main Requirements:

• Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field;
• Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe;
• Strong eye on details;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.);
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Precise, analytical, organized, structured with Customer oriented attitude;
• Ability to work as part of Team;
• Ability to perform routine tasks daily.
