Floater Night Janitor- ASC

Performs routine maintenance to custodial equipment and supplies.

Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.

Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff, Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

May assist in on-the-job training of new staff on routine procedures.

Performs cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on temporary project requirements.

May perform janitorial duties in areas where clients are working and must be sensitive to those activities.

May answer basic questions from client or refer them to management.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stands and moves within assigned work area, or building for 6 to 7 hours (excluding breaks and lunch)
