Procurement Specialist – Spare Parts

Currently We Are Looking For:

Procurement Specialist – Spare Parts [fixed term]

Core Responsibilities:

• Supporting selected CANPACK Group plants in the purchasing process of spare parts, tools and equipment
• Coordination of end to end purchase and sale process in cooperation with other CANPACK departments (Logistics, Legal, Customs, etc.) and vendors
• Monitoring and agreeing with vendors precise delivery time, documentation and other requirements
• Preparing shipments of spare parts, tools and equipment
• Organizing transportation and supervising the delivery in cooperation with Logistics team

Requirements:

• University degree (preferred technical)
• Good level of English (B2), technical and trade vocabulary
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
• SAP experience in terms of purchasing
• Knowledge of production machines for Beverage industry is a plus
• Experience in purchasing  of technical goods (min. 3 years)
• Experience in sale of technical goods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational skills
