ATI is seeking to hire an Operations Support Intern for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This position will be based in Charlotte, NC and will run from May to August 2026. Relocation and housing assistance is available for the summer.

What You’Ll Do

• Help improve processes and make necessary changes to Mill Instructions and Operational Procedures
• Standardize processes that have variation across shifts and/or departments
• Digitize manual or administratively burdensome data processes

What You'Ll Gain

• Experience contributing to and managing diverse, cross-functional teams
• Project planning and management experience
• Knowledge of various product forms and manufacturing processes
• Experience with industry change management practices
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement methodology experience
