Software Test Analyst II - .NET/ C#, SpecFlow/ Reqnroll

What you’ll own as the Software Test Analyst II (Automation Testing)
As a Software Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.
About the team:

• You will be owning the designing and planning test strategies for projects and applications
• You will be undertaking planning activities for Agile deliveries
• You will provide subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies. 
• You will be analyzing requirements and user stories to derive test cases, adding to the test suite using tools such as Postman and Reqnroll.
• You will be executing tests thoroughly to ensure software quality, running automated tests and identifying defects
• You will be actively contributing to process improvement initiatives and enhancements to current procedures including recommending quality improvements
• You will be working with project teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner whilst keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress and challenges
• You will be supporting and maintaining the test automation framework with respect to implementation of new features, existing features, or bug fixes
• Communicate quality information throughout the organization. Support development and delivery of training in quality matters. 
• Handle other related duties assigned as needed.
• 3+ years of experience in software QA with focus on automation
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Practical experience of agile testing methodologies – BDD, TDD etc.
• Proficiency in C# and experience testing microservices-based architectures.
• Recent hands-on experience with SpecFlow, Reqnroll, or other .NET test automation framework
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, ReadyAPI, BrowserStack, or similar.

What You'Ll Bring

• Practical experience with API testing, Postman, Swagger, and contract testing tools.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
• Experience with data analytics and monitoring tools (Splunk)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Payments Industry Experience

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, OpenShift)
• Experience with Github CoPilot
