The Role:

This newly created role provides operational leadership of TIG Freight’s IT platforms and services ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of core systems.

This includes the management of cloud environments (AWS, Azure), Microsoft 365, device management (MDM), licensing, networking and cyber security across the business.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis - hours are business hours Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the GM, Technology, and partnering with the Manager Engineering, you'll be based in Hawthorn HQ and support our offices across VIC, QLD, NSW and SA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT Operations, policy governance and service delivery processes
• Maintain compliance, optimize performance, and ensure technology investments deliver business value
• Lead the Technology service desk, delivering timely and effective support to employees and external stakeholders

Success Profile:

• ITIL v4 Foundation (required or working towards)
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate) preferred
• Cyber security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred
• Policy creation and IT governance frameworks
• Experience with freight/logistics industry preferred
• Demonstrated people management experience
