Be the Voice of the Client
We’re searching for someone to own and elevate the client journey from the very first touchpoint. This is not just about service—it’s about building relationships, creating loyalty, and ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and valued.
You’ll play a key role in shaping onboarding experiences that wow, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving improvements across the client lifecycle. What You’Ll Do
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Leading the first contact with new leads, qualifying opportunities, and setting them up for success.
- Create seamless onboarding journeys that set the tone for lasting client success.
- Building trusted client relationships that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Turning feedback into meaningful improvements across the business.
- Resolve client issues with care and professionalism—building trust along the way.
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives that make clients want to stay.
- Identifying opportunities to create stronger connections and cross-referrals.
- Collaborate with Partners, accountants, and marketing to amplify client experiences.
- Champion the “voice of the client” internally, influencing decisions that lead to better outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who thrives on building connections and making a difference. You’ll bring:
- 4–5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Client Engagement, or Account Management.
- A track record of improving client journeys and relationships.
- Strong communication skills, you’re confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- A natural problem solving mindset and an eye for process improvement.
- A collaborative spirit and the drive to go above and beyond for clients.
