We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Specialist – HSE to support our Managers and Supervisors in creating a safe, compliant and people-first workplace. Based at our Molendinar depot, this is a practical role where you’ll make a tangible impact every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering health, safety and environment activities that minimise incidents, injuries and at-fault claims
• Providing advice and support on HSE matters, including investigations and risk assessments
• Monitoring trends and outcomes, and reporting insights with recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating with People & Safety and Service Delivery teams to deliver initiatives and projects
• Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement aligned with Kinetic’s values

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in health, safety and environment or a related discipline
• Proven experience supporting leaders to manage workplace health and safety
• Knowledge of quality management systems (AS/NZS4801, ISO14001, ISO9001)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive, pragmatic approach with a genuine passion for safety
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel between depots as required
