ERP Support Lead

Adapteo Group is growing and at Group IT we are on a journey together with our business to digitalize our core operational processes. In this journey we are now seeking an ERP Support Lead to join our ERP Application Manager, Jessica and our Subject Matter Specialist, Fabio.The focus of the role will be onBC14 on-prem (being phased out) and Business Central Cloud and it will ensure smooth ERP operations, user support, testing, and documentation while contributing to ongoing projects and migrations.

This role is ideal for someone that has some exposure to ERP systems and has curiosity, drive and willingness to learn.

What we expect from you

• Run UAT, regression & integration test cycles
• Maintain test-case library & release notes
• Update user guides & training materials
• Support application manager in super-user forums & train-the-trainer sessions
• 1st-line support & ticket triage related to BC

The ideal candidate has one or more of the following experience traits:

• Familiarity working with ERP Systems such as Dynamics NAV / Business Central, incl. BC14 on-prem & BC Cloud.
• Testing & release management (UAT, regression, integration)
• Deployment & migration experience
• Documentation & training skills
• Support handling skills (ticket triage, 1st line) skills
• Familiarity with Agile methods (backlog grooming, DevOps)
