About The Position
Dometic is a global leader in the mobile living industry, serving millions of customers in the outdoor, home, and professional sectors. We are on a growth journey and currently seeking a Rewards Specialist to join our great EMEA HR team. The role is located at our office in central Budapest.
As a Rewards Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping how we attract, motivate, and retain talent through fair, competitive, and forward-looking compensation and benefits practices. Reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards EMEA, you will support and help develop core Reward processes, contribute to regional projects, and bring in new ideas on how digitalization and AI can enhance our ways of working. Besides that scope you will manage the Budapest office from administration and coordination point of view.

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards or related HR field.
- Solid understanding of salary reviews, incentives, benefits, and job evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems; HRIS experience is a plus.
- Interest in digitalization and AI opportunities in HR/Rewards.
- Ability to translate data into insights that support people and business decisions.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, additional language skills is highly meriting
