About The Role

Thanks to our High Tech, Indoor, GMP facility coming online, we are thrilled to offer a dynamic opportunity for a business development manager to join our innovative sales team. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to drive exponential growth within the medicinal cannabis market. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, your mission is to expand our market presence ad share, build influential partnerships, and meet or surpass key revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Having an understanding or experience in the medicinal cannabis sector would be an advantage.

The key focus of the role will be building strong relationships with pharmacies, meeting sales targets by promoting Greensaver products and service. Working collaboratively with the sales support team to support client needs. The role will be supported by product training, regular supportive one on ones, weekly sales team meetings, professional development and commercial STI. .

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and Planning: Craft and manage precise sales forecasts and budgets in sync with financial goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify untapped market segments and regions, devising and executing powerful market entry strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay ahead with in-depth knowledge of our products and services, showcasing their value to clients.
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitors, adapting sales strategies to seize market opportunities.
  • Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring they align with company policies and legal standards.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer insights to refine our offerings and elevate satisfaction.
  • Onboarding and Client Retention: Support clients to seamlessly onboard with the portal, develop post-sale support strategies to nurture lasting client loyalty.
  • Sales Metrics: Carry out, monitor and report on sales activity, leveraging data to fine-tune strategies.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales practices adhere to industry regulations.
  • Innovation and Technology: Harness emerging sales technologies to boost efficiency and impact.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate market risks with proactive strategies.
  • Reporting: Create insightful reports and presentations for executive review.
