About You

We’re looking for a high performing, effective and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a team in preparation for our seasonal and regular peak trading season from now to end of January 2026.As an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in warehouse operations and team leadership, this role is for you.

You Are:

• Professional, proactive and inspiring leader with a real focus on delivering operational excellence and achieving outcomes and results.
• Experienced in managing medium to large-scale DC operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and all aspects of transport, receiving, despatch, picking/packing/unloading and pallet management to name the key deliverables.
• A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be highly advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in distribution or warehouse management, with a strong background in supervising teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Office apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Skilled in team management, with a proven track record of motivating, coaching, and developing teams.
• Holding a valid LF forklift license (Mandatory)

The Role

As our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of our large-scale facility, ensuring smooth logistics, receiving/despatch and order fulfilment. Your mission:

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including online fulfilment, click-and-collect, and returns.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20+ staff, creating a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory, implementing stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
• Drive operational performance, monitor KPIs, and implement best practices to improve efficiencies.
• Develop and manage work rosters, balancing labour costs with operational needs.
• Oversee warehouse layout design to optimize space and improve workflows.
• Foster a culture of safety excellence and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
