At First Student, Office Clerks are an essential part of our team. They create a smooth-running environment to assist the location employees, location managers, and drivers.

As a clerk, your major responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure contractual and legal mandates are met

• Maintain Files/Records

• Prepare reports and schedules

• Run Expiration Reports

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Prepare agendas and schedule appointments
• Cover dispatch as needed
• Adhere to driver compliance procedures
• Schedule physicals and drug screenings
• Process driver onboarding and scheduling training with trainers
• Maintain employee contact lists
