We’re seeking a visionary and driven Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for our Customer Safety team. If you thrive on balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our products while working closely with senior stakeholders.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

  • Define and deliver high-quality product requirements that align with our strategy and business objectives, informed by marketplace and industry trends.
  • Prioritize initiatives and maintain a long-term roadmap that delivers measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights, align on goals, and communicate product direction effectively.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Assess product performance and define success metrics to drive continuous optimization.
  • Partner with Product Owners, development teams, and delivery leads to ensure seamless execution of the product vision.
  • Proactively identify risks and manage dependencies, ensuring smooth development and strong stakeholder confidence.

Requirements

Who We'Re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Product Management, with a track record of shaping and executing product strategy.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic thinker, comfortable owning the full product lifecycle from vision to delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with the confidence to navigate complex projects and drive outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to define, track, and measure success through meaningful metrics.
  • Skilled at balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term product vision.
  • Experienced in risk management and conflict resolution, ensuring smooth product development.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in the Customer Safety area, the betting industry, or exposure to the regulatory or compliance side of another regulated industry or sector.
  • Familiar with advanced product management tools and methodologies.
