Role Overview

We’re hiring a Recruiter in Bangalore to help us grow our teams, both here in India and internationally. This role is perfect for someone early in their recruiting career who has prior experience in either a product company or an agency and is eager to learn the ins and outs of global hiring. You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent while supporting our recruiters and hiring managers in building world-class teams.

What You’Ll Do

• Partner with recruiters to support end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals).
• Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
• Assist in market mapping and talent research for niche roles.
• Continuously learn and grow by shadowing senior recruiters and taking on increasing responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in a product company or agency environment.
• Strong interest in developing a career in global talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) is a plus.
