Field Marketing Specialist

What We’Re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in field marketing / event marketing covering a mix of activities such as live events, digital programs,etc.
• Background in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Confident communicator who can adapt to different settings—from formal C-level dinners to casual conversations with practitioners at industry events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to run multiple events at once.
• Highly execution-driven, detailed oriented, with the flexibility to shift gears quickly when priorities change.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and open to direct, constructive feedback.
• Available to travel regionally and internationally (6–8 trips a year).

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a wide range of field events, from executive roundtables and private dinners to large-scale events across APAC and EMEA.
• Manage creation, distribution, and targeting of SWAG as part of the regional marketing strategy.
• Evaluate industry events in the region, including potential speaking and presentation opportunities.
• Onsite event management for key events
