Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people, and families? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and drive service excellence? Lancashire County Council is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead frontline delivery within our Early Help Service.

About The Role

As a Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of professionals delivering early help services across one of Lancashire’s geographical areas.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality support for children, young people, and families.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.

You will be responsible for :

  • Neighbourhood/Community-based early help

What We’re Looking For

We’Re Seeking Someone With:

  • A Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in supervising staff, managing resources, and delivering service plans.
  • Strong knowledge of early help frameworks, thresholds, and multi-agency working.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
