Warehouse Assistant

We’re now looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our busy team in Coolum and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Warehouse & Logistics team, you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day flow of stock and materials:

• Safely operate forklifts to move goods around the warehouse
• Receive and check deliveries from suppliers
• Pick and pack orders for production on time and with accuracy
• Support stock distribution to production teams (including Kanban replenishment)
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock checks and ERP/MRP entries
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving and targets met

What We’re Looking For

• We’re after team players who are practical, proactive, and ready to get stuck in. Ideally, you’ll bring:
• A current forklift licence with safe operating experience
• Previous warehousing, logistics, or pick-pack experience (2+ years ideal)
• ERP or MRP system knowledge (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
• Strong numeracy and computer skills, including handheld scanners
• Great communication and a collaborative mindset
• A “doer” attitude – quick to learn, hands-on, and happy to help wherever needed
