Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for ERS, IR and communications. 
  2. Conduct personal and group counselling. Gauge the company's pulse. 
  3. Administer of disciplinary matters. 
  4. Conduct for Communications for Management, Exempt, Non Exempt IDL, all levels Communication Events, Special Projects, Banners, Brochures, Video. Conduct for Employee Relations on Orientation Programs, Communication Centre, Disciplinary Procedure, Counseling, Grievance Handling, Newsletter, Suggestions, Employees’s Activities, Employees Attrition and Exit Interview. 
  5. Conduct investigation, conduct inquiry on disciplinary and misconduct related matters. 
  6. Frame and execute charges to employees relating to misconduct committed by employee ie. show cause letters, charge letter pending Domestic Inquiry, any letter concerning disciplinary issues. Conduct as counselor and liaise with employees which involve minimum disciplinary cases which can be immediate solved and rectified. 
  7. Attend, lead and liaise with employees related to grievances from employees. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. 
  8. Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.

Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline
  2. 5-8 years of similar experience/exposure in electronics manufacturing environment. 
  3. Well versed in Labour Laws, Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, local industrial. statutory requirements and prevailing Human Resource Practices and Legislation. 
  4. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.

Skills

  • Good interpersonal and networking skills, creative, motivated, committed and able to work independently with high level of personal integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Trouble shooting and creative problem solving skills.
  • Meticulous.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Others : Able to work in shift.
