Product Delivery specialist (Magnet)

Description

The Delivery Specialist is assigned to one of Bagira’s core products - MAGNET (a system combining SW and HW for live tactical training) and works closely with the Technical Product Manager.

This role combines technical knowledge with strong organisational skills, acting as a central link between all departments (from design to logistics) and both internal and external project management. The ultimate goal is to ensure that each delivery of Bagira’s military training equipment is completed to the highest standard and provides an excellent customer experience.

Bagira Systems is a Czech-Israeli company, a leader in training and simulation systems, with many years of experience in providing cutting-edge and effective mission readiness solutions tailored to customer requirements. Bagira simulators are used for training by hundreds of thousands of soldiers in more than 40 locations around the world.

In our RnD centre in Brno we have more than 110 employees and specialise in the development of unique training simulators (both software and hardware) for security forces. Our HW development is entirely based in Brno, while SW development is split between Brno and Israel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organise, and oversee deliveries of new product batches, software updates, and related documentation to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and dependencies related to product deliveries
• Work with outputs from production, QA, and development teams; liaise with internal logistics, operations, and customer project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Maintain and manage product documentation, including Shared team drives, internal product wiki, datasheets and certifications, instruction manuals, marketing materials (photos, videos)
• Support the organisation of occasional demos and customer acceptance tests

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a responsible position (e.g. Project Manager, Delivery manager, Scrum Master, etc.) within a HW/SW/R&D environment
• Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle (both hardware and software) from concept to delivery
• Ability to quickly understand technical details and see the product from the end-user perspective
• Strong attention to detail, well-organised, proactive, and independent
• Experience with any level of project management
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written) on a daily basis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customer representatives
