AML Auditor - Las Vegas

Reporting to the AML Compliance Manager - you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations and for reporting and filing required federal and state gaming forms. 

• What You Will Do:
• • Adheres to and utilizes a compliance program to ensure the Company is complying with internal procedures and published regulatory requirements 
• • Ensures timely retrieval, review, completion, and filing for all regulatory related forms and reports, specifically related to Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act 
• • The issue, track, and follow up on all Compliance exception reports 
• • Maintains a working knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal gaming and 
• anti-money laundering regulations 
• • Comply with departmental document retention policies and procedures 
• • Support the Company’s policies and procedures; make appropriate recommendations 
• • Serves as a resource for Operations in addressing compliance issues 
• • Conduct due-diligence investigations and suspicious activity analysis 
• • Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for compliance issues 
• • Other duties as assigned 

What You Will Need:
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience working in an auditing role, in the casino industry or another industry heavily regulated (e.g., depository institutions, investment institutions, the health care industry, etc.) 
• Preferred experience in Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act
• Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Detail oriented; high integrity; and, quality driven
• Aptitude for problem-solving 
• Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• You must successfully complete a background and drug screen 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law
