Key Responsibilities
Task Area What You’ll Do Market & Customer Engagement- • Identify and qualify leads in sectors requiring data centre / network infrastructure (e.g., enterprises, ISPs, colocation, cloud providers, large system integrators).
- • Understand customers’ existing infrastructure, pain‑points, constraints, and business goals.
- • Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders (IT, infrastructure, operations, network teams).
• Put together technical proposals / solution blueprints that meet performance, reliability, scalability & cost targets.
• Coordinate with sales / engineering to validate designs, sizing, and compatibility. Sales Process / Deal Closure
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, proof‑of‑concept (POCs) where needed.
- • Handle RFPs / RFQs from technical perspective—ensure responses are accurate in specs, bill of materials, costings.
- • Negotiate with customers (pricing, terms) in conjunction with sales leadership.
- • Close deals and meet sales targets.
- • Work with product vendors / OEMs to understand latest offerings, pricing, roadmaps.
- • Coordinate with logistics, implementation, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
- • Provide after‑sales support / escalation if technical issues arise.
