About The Job

As the Lead Product Manager – Infrastructure, you’ll be instrumental in driving the evolution of our infrastructure, ensuring our technology foundations remain robust, secure, and scalable. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the infrastructure roadmap, working closely with engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable technical solutions that underpin cloud, security, and core services. Your leadership will be vital in supporting business growth and safeguarding operational continuity.

You’ll act as the bridge between Group Technology and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and fostering collaboration across teams. By shaping infrastructure strategy and execution, you’ll play a key part in our collective success, enabling us to respond to future challenges and capitalise on new opportunities as a unified organisation.

Job Goals

• Develop and deliver a robust infrastructure roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective execution of infrastructure initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and delivery success.
• Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder progress across engineering and project teams.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements regularly to stakeholders to maintain alignment and engagement.
• Ideal Skills & Capabilities
• Expertise in delivering infrastructure solutions across cloud, security, or IT platforms, ensuring our technology supports robust and scalable business growth.
• Confident leading agile ceremonies and planning sessions, driving pace and continuous improvement within technical teams.
• Proven ability to define, monitor, and act on performance metrics that shape strategic and operational decisions—key to our success factors of delivering results and operational excellence.
• Strength in translating high-level business and strategic objectives into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
• Solid grasp of end-to-end product lifecycle management and backlog prioritisation in complex technical environments.
