- Location Wotton-Under-Edge, Gloucestershire (hybrid working, 3 days/week)
- Salary between £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

As part of the ongoing growth of Renishaw’s Spectroscopy Products Division, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hardware and software design projects associated with new product development.
We seek an individual with proven project management experience. The ideal candidate will create detailed project plans for complex, high-impact hard tech projects and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations overing product inception to productionisation.
Own Project Milestones
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including performance metrics, timelines, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in project management (3+ years).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with project management tools for example Confluence and Jira.
- Certification in project management, e.g. APM PMQ
Full Driving License
Desirable Requirements
- Degree in a relevant engineering, science, or mathematical discipline.
- Previous experience working in hard tech
