We are looking for an Operations Business Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. We are looking for someone that will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at uncovering new and existing opportunities for our company. In this role, you will partner closely with our Supply and Client Experience Operations teams to unlock new understanding of what is working and what will drive improvements for the future. You will help our ops teams dive deeper into the trends and be at the forefront of driving clarity and improvements every day that not only help the ops teams know where to focus but also create insights for cross functional teams like product, marketing, etc!
Requirements
What You'Ll Do
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Partner with operations teams to define, create, and maintain easy-to-use Tableau dashboards that track key business metrics. Ensure a shared understanding of performance by aligning on metric definitions and logic.
- Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand trends and root causes behind performance fluctuations. Provide actionable insights to the supply (attorneys) and client experience teams to improve processes and outcomes. You will be responsible for not only completing the analysis but also helping shape perspectives on what we should be investigating next. You’re not only helping teams through their requested deepdives but also telling them what they are missing and what we should be looking into next to drive impact.
- Strategic Insight: Translate data into a compelling narrative that informs business strategy and decision-making. Present findings clearly to various stakeholders, from team members to leadership.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Intellectually curious and hungry for impact: you are motivated by constantly leveling up the status quo. You are always looking for the next place to drive impact and are relentless in your hunt to find the next big unlock for business impact
- Self starter and comfortable with autonomy: you never wait for the next assignment - you are self motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms like Tableau)
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to dissect complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or a related discipline
