Job Description:

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Retail Construction Manager to oversee and manage the construction of our retail stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all construction-related activities and ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Retail Construction Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and store operations teams, to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and store operations teams to ensure that all construction activities are completed in accordance with design specifications and industry standards
• Manage the bidding and procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
• Manage the construction process, including site preparation, excavation, foundation work, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external partners
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in retail construction management
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction industry standards and best practices
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

$57,800.00 - $103,100.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
