We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale a predictable, high-quality hiring engine while shaping a strong employer brand in the market. This role will be instrumental in driving recruitment strategy, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy
- Define, implement, and optimize hiring processes to balance speed with quality.
- Partner with leadership to translate workforce plans into actionable recruitment pipelines.
- Manage and coordinate with external recruiters and agencies for niche, tech, and senior leadership roles.
Execution & Pipeline Building
- Lead sourcing across technology, product, business, and leadership roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure structured, unbiased interview processes with calibrated scorecards.
Team Management
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and HR staff.
- Scale the TA team by adding recruiters, coordinators, and HRBPs as business needs grow.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Drive campaigns, events, and referral programs to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from first interaction to onboarding.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Present recruitment dashboards and insights to leadership on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
- Proven track record of scaling tech and leadership hiring (50+ hires annually).
- Strong sourcing expertise and network within the Indian talent market.
- Experience in managing recruitment agencies, negotiating terms, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Darwinbox, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Cutshort).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
