We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Planning
    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Research audience preferences and stay updated with industry trends to create innovative campaigns.
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan content calendars across platforms.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Create, curate, and publish engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging channels.
    • Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy that align with the brand voice.
    • Manage multimedia content creation, including graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
    • Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or HubSpot while ensuring timely execution.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Building
    • Monitor and respond to comments, queries, and messages in a timely manner.
    • Build strong online communities by engaging with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.
    • Support influencer collaborations and brand advocacy programs.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track social media KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.
    • Analyze performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.
    • Prepare periodic reports and recommend optimizations for better ROI.
  • Advertising & Campaign Management
    • Plan and execute paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram promotions).
    • Monitor ad performance, budget utilization, and lead generation effectiveness.
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting strategies.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with content writers, designers, and the sales team to align messaging.
    • Assist in organizing digital campaigns, product launches, and online events.
    • Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Pinterest.
  • Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, hashtags, and social listening tools.
  • Experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and multitasking abilities.
