Coralogix is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting revenue operations and managing the full deal lifecycle. You’ll act as the primary liaison between the Sales organization and Revenue Operations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
This position provides critical support to our Sales teams, driving operational excellence and maintaining global process standards. You’ll use data to optimize sales processes, contribute to territory mapping and sales planning, and help shape sales strategy. Additionally, you’ll bridge the gap between sales enablement and sales operations, by leading an analyst team and ensuring the sales has the tools, resources, and insights needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Sales Support
- Analyze sales data from Salesforce and integrated systems to provide insights that optimize sales processes and drive strategy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to support sales performance tracking and pipeline management.
- Drive target setting and quota attainment processes, ensuring clear visibility for the sales teams.
Territory Mapping & Sales Planning
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and maintain effective territory mapping and sales planning strategies.
- Analyze market potential, customer segmentation, and sales capacity to support resource allocation and territory alignment.
- Develop recommendations to enhance sales coverage and productivity, focusing on the European market.
Deal Lifecycle Management & Revenue Operations
- Act as a key partner to Revenue Operations, ensuring efficient management of the end-to-end deal lifecycle.
- Support deal desk processes, including quoting, deal structuring, and approvals, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.
- Drive adherence to and influence global process standards, ensuring best practices across regions.
Sales Enablement Bridge
- Serve as the bridge between Sales Operations and Sales Enablement, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the right tools, processes, and training.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out programs that drive productivity, knowledge, and adoption of best practices.
Cross-Functional Support
- Provide real-time support to Commercial and Enterprise sales teams, to address operational needs and ad hoc requests.
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests from the field, balancing immediate needs with longer-term projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity and governance across Salesforce and related systems, conducting audits and cleanup to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role supporting sales teams.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and CRM data structures.
- Experience supporting the full deal lifecycle and working closely with deal desk or sales finance functions.
- Hands-on experience supporting Commercial, Enterprise, and BDR teams in a dynamic sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and adhere to global process standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with third-party sales/marketing tools (e.g., Clari, Gong, 6sense).
- Preferred: 2+ years of people management experience leading sales operations or analytics teams.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent expertise.
