About The Role:

Looking for an expert with good communication skills, hands on experience of BMS HVAC assets with commissioning experience

Role Responsibilities:

• Technical Support via calls, Emails and Tickets, Follow SOPs to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Implementation of Controls Programming Changes, Troubleshooting and resolving platform based issues.
• work on provided offline activities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Document all offline activities.

Role Purpose:

• Analyze different systems and energy data to find potential for energy optimization.
• work on projects that requires data mining, analysis and presentation.
• Follow-ups and meets commitments to customer.

Minimum Requirements:

• Min 1 years’ experience in the field of BMS or control system commissioning, functional testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, modbus etc.
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
