About The Role

In our Digital Delivery & Operations organization, the Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Corporate Affairs, Legal & Partnering , will play a key role in our ambition to enable our stakeholder's success.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital projects from conception to completion. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital projects through the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Report project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall (Mandatory), Agile (Desirable)

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other project management certification
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage more than one project simultaneously
• Critical thinking and problem-solving orientation
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
