About The Job
The US Market Access team at Sanofi plays a crucial role in bridging Research & Development and commercial activities. We inform development decisions through payer insights and execute strategies to ensure patient access to our innovative therapies. As a co-op in our team, you'll gain valuable experience in Market Access Communications and Operations while learning about the US Healthcare system and pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and organize resources for key industry meetings and conferences, including materials preparation and logistics support
- Support Market Access training initiatives by helping prepare training materials, coordinating sessions, and tracking participation
- Assist with culture and communications activities, including internal newsletters, team-building events, and recognition programs
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Market Access intranet/SharePoint site and other communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize market access insights
- Participate in projects related to pricing, reimbursement, and market access for Sanofi products
- Support the team in maintaining and updating market access tools and resources
- Assist in analyzing healthcare policies and their potential impact on Sanofi's products
- Contribute to the development of value communication materials for various stakeholders
Learning Opportunities:

About Youbasic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Public Health, Health Economics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi
- Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI and AI technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and market access
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to be in the Cambridge, MA office and work on site a minimum of 3 days per week
