About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Generalist to join our team in Boston. This individual will report to the HR Manager and will oversee all of New England, supporting teams across HTS, DXS, and CTI. The Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations. The role is critical in aligning business objectives with people strategies to drive performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for HR-related matters for assigned business units.
• Partner with leaders to understand business needs and deliver HR solutions that support strategic goals.
• Provide support to managers on performance management, team dynamics, and employee development.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed.
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, including workforce planning, interview strategy, and ensuring alignment with team goals and culture.
• Lead or contribute to HR programs such as engagement surveys and DEI efforts.
• Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs that align with company values and drive engagement.
• Lead culture-building initiatives, including team-building events, wellness programs, and internal communications strategies.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience in a fast-paced or matrixed environment preferred.
