Job Title: Site Content Administrator (Night Shift) Report to: Senior Site Content Administrator Location: Tunis, Tunisia 

Role Overview:

The Site Content Administrator executes site content changes and campaign configurations across homepage, CLPs/PLPs/PDPs, navigation, and promotions per approved briefs. The role partners closely with Digital Merchandising, Product Data Management (PDM), Pricing & Promotions, Creative, IS/Tech, and regional teams to ensure accurate, timely publishing and QA across markets. This position is hands-on in CMS/PIM/tools and is accountable for execution quality, cross-team coordination, and issue escalation. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  6. 6. Tools and Systems 
  • Build and schedule campaign assets across HP, CLPs, PLPs, and PDPs (modules, banners, hero tiles, copy, links, translations) for select markets in North America, Europe, and Australia. 
  • Publish promotion content on-site (banners, copy, eligibility messaging) and validate display and targeting. 
  • Perform pre- and post-publish QA (links, targeting, eligibility, stacking/priority), monitor during peak periods, and escalate issues proactively. 
  • Partner with pricing and promotions team and raise requests/tickets as needed. 
  • Create and update CLPs (layout, tiles, taxonomy placement, featured collections) and support PLP/PDP content standards (badges, cross-sells, assets), including Brand Pages. 
  • Coordinate translations and regional swaps for ROW vs. NA. 
  • Participate in UAT for new or revised features; maintain test scripts for routine regression of promotions, navigation, search/boosting, and publishing flows. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional test schedules and sign-offs; document defects and retests with IS/Tech and business users. 
  • Partner with Analytics to implement and validate Magnolia tagging on site as well as new module components  
  • Work from daily/weekly production plans; communicate timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time releases. 
  • Keep work visible in JIRA (RQSM, WSA, PRDCHG queues), follow change controls, and log outcomes/links for auditability. 
  • Track on-site errors and recurring customer issues; raise permanent fixes or content standards updates. 
  • Partner with Site Merch on top navigation updates; propose simplifications based on search/traffic patterns. 
  • Log site issues to Dev, track them, and verify the fix. 
  • CMS/Cockpit (V1/V2/MCP), JIRA, Oracle/SOE/COE touchpoints, PIM, APS/monitoring dashboards; Required: working knowledge of HTML/CSS for light troubleshooting and markup updates in CMS. JavaScript familiarity is a plus. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in site content management/ecommerce execution; familiarity with PIM/CMS and JIRA. 
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (required) to troubleshoot layout issues and perform minor markup updates within CMS. 
  • Strong coordination and QA discipline in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; excellent cross-team communication. 
  • Understanding of localization workflows; comfort with data-driven decisions and basic analytics for content performance. 
  • Fluent English. 
  • Can support North America and/or European time zone, as needed.
