Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Regional Sales Support Junior Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Kielce. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales agreements by managing and verifying all necessary documentation. We support operational efficiency through accurate data entry, document logistics, and system oversight using CRM and internal analytical tools. By collaborating closely with Sales Representatives, Regional Coordinators, and other departments, we help maintain high standards of compliance and client service. Our work directly contributes to the reliability of contract implementation and the overall success of sales operations.

  • About Your Future Role
  • In this position, you will:
  • Verification of sales documentation (contracts, annexes, other documents) required to initiate contract execution
  • Signing sales documentation under granted powers of attorney
  • Entering documents such as contracts, annexes, and other materials into company systems
  • Working with systems – CRM and internal analytical platforms accessed via domain login
  • Logistics of sales documentation
  • Supervision over the delivery of documents to the office
  • Initial archiving of processed documentation
  • Handling email inquiries/mailbox management
  • Cooperation with PeP Sales Representatives, Regional Coordinators, Regional Directors, and other PeP Teams necessary for task execution
  • Contact with PeP Clients – required as part of assigned tasks
  • Supporting the team in scheduled tasks, particularly in verifying the accuracy of data entered into the system

  • Essential Qualifications: 
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of working with Windows 10, MS Office suite, and office equipment
  • Higher education is a plus
