  • We are seeking a motivated Junior Contact Center Officer, fluent in both German and English, who will need to perform his activity remotely, offering inbound customer support assistance to a major banking group from Germany. You will assist customers with debit/credit cards queries, from blocking & unlocking cards to information requests related to the performed transactions  or you’ll assist them in Apple & Google Pay matters. 
  • If you are a resident in Bucharest / Ilfov, you will work in a hybrid mode (half of the shifts will take place at the company's headquarter and the rest remotely). If you live in Brasov or Sibiu (where the other two teams are located), you will work entirely remotely, with the note that you must be available to work 1 day per month from a coworking space in the city where these two hubs are located.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Strictly following the procedures and quality norms established in relations with customers.
  • Availability for shift work, 8 hours/day, Monday – Sunday.
  • Manages support assistance activities through inbound / outbound calls, online tickets, e-mails for services that fall within the area of activity and in accordance with Business Continuity activities.
  • The services offered are information and/or support for various banking products (debit/credit cards, Online Banking, Apple/Google Pay)
  • Manages the operative activities established based on the objectives and priorities/deadlines assigned by its manager, using computer applications and specialized software, in accordance with predefined manuals, criteria, practices and procedures.
  • Acquires the technical and operational knowledge and skills necessary to carry out the activity.
  • Search for the information requested by the client using the available tools.

  • Essential Qualifications: 
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal German are mandatory (preferably DSDII German Certificate issued by Goethe Institute) and English skills at least at B2 level.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • High school diploma is mandatory
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

  • Previous call center experience is considered a plus.
