Job Purpose

We are looking for motivated Business Analysts to join our international, cross-functional teams. As such you will play a crucial role in designing, defining, and delivering software solutions that support A1’s Consumer Sales, Selfcare, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Role Insights:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape requirements, streamline processes, and co-create smart solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications to guide the development team.
• Facilitate collaboration by leading workshops, supporting sprint planning, and keeping the backlog aligned with priorities.
• Contribute across the full lifecycle — from ideation to testing and launching impactful digital services.
• Share expertise and grow by learning from colleagues across diverse countries, cultures, and areas of knowledge.

What Makes You Unique:

• A strong foundation in Accounting or Finance, backed by a university degree.
• Certified accountant accreditation from ISOS.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or audit, with solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• Skilled at organizing, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach.
• A great communicator who builds strong relationships across the organization.
• Curious about new digital technologies and eager to explore smarter ways of working.
• Agile, adaptable, and quick to learn in dynamic environments.
• Confident with MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in SAP ERP considered a plus.
