Job Purpose
Lead and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. Drive process improvements, collaborate across teams, and support strategic initiatives to strengthen Finance Operations.

Role Insights:

• Lead and oversee Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Standardize processes, support system improvements, and manage smooth change implementation.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Collaborate across A1 Group functions, ensuring compliance and supporting year-end closing.
• Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring timely and high-quality P2P service delivery.
• Support the P2P Stream Lead, guide the team, and contribute to transition projects.

What Makes You Unique:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance management with proven success in end-to-end P2P processes and team development.
• Practical background in Procurement and Accounting, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in driving change and working with corporate/global processes and systems.
• Curious learner with a pragmatic, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (German/Serbo-Croatian is a plus) and willingness to travel or relocate to Sofia.
• Proficiency in P2P processes, SAP/Ivalua, and MS Office; Power BI is an advantage.
