Our products are used nose to tail on commercial and military aircraft, as well as on jet engines, industrial gas turbines, automobiles, commercial transportation vehicles, wind turbines, solar power systems, and construction and industrial equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases and investment opportunities
  • Lead cost analysis for manufacturing or operations, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for complex aerospace components
  • Analyze direct and indirect manufacturing costs, labor utilization, and overhead allocation to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare Journal Entries and Reconciliations related to Inventory
  • Ensure financial practices and reporting comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
  • Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting, including documentation, testing, and remediation
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and program management teams to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance
  • Support pricing strategies, contract analysis, and product profitability for aerospace programs
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A and cost accounting processes tailored to aerospace manufacturing

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field 
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a strong foundation in cost accounting and SOX compliance within aerospace or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and internal control frameworks
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., QAD, Oracle, SAP)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a regulated, detail-intensive industry with multiple stakeholders
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Benefits/Salary:

The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays and vacation. The salary range for this position is $90k - $110k.
