Key Tasks:

The Real Estate & Procurement Expert will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Real Estate and facility services’ supplier handling and correct implementation of global contracts. 
  • Handling compliance documents for office building (collect, check, and properly file and organize)
  • Support HSE department in implementing HSE requirement connected to spaces and building
  • Life-cycle handling of office lease agreements. Lease renewals, surrenders and terminations including design process, fitting out and the physical moving process.
  • Real Estate budgeting & cost allocation principles.
  • Making business cases for new projects, with Profit & Loss and ROI calculations.
  • Handling Real Estate related invoice processes. Regular reporting on your project progression.
  • Translate business needs into spatial requirements.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure high level of satisfaction.

Internally your key stakeholders will be Station- and Country managers of all Business Area’s as well as Country Chairs. Externally your main contacts will be (national) account managers from preferred suppliers.

  • Flexible in day-to-day activities moving on different tasks level (organizational & operational)

    Degrees And Competencies:

The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees and competencies:

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate-, Facilities- and/or Procurement management. A mix is preferred
  • Good project- and change Management skills.
  • Around 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Fluent in Italian and (business) English language, verbally and written.
  • Able and prepared to have frequent travels. Mainly within Italy, but sometimes also in Europe.
  • Confident in challenging the status quo and establishing of thinking whilst remaining professional and promoting a positive and collaborative partnership with the business.
