Assistant Vice President – Digital Products.Injaz - TECH - Customer Engagement and Lifecycle.MIT

To lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital products aligned with Mashreq’s strategic objectives. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive digital transformation across customer-facing platforms. 

• Maintain and improve the platform codebase 
• Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code. 
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs 
• Optimize applications for performance 
• Design software architecture and specifications in collaboration with the System Architect, Development Engineers, and DevOps team. 
• Recommend appropriate technologies to implement new features. 
• Review code, layout, and design for projects before client meetings. 
• Build, deliver, and iterate to help scale projects. 
• Create new methods for improving efficiency. 
• Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering  (BE / BTech)
• Overall 12+ years’ experience and relevant 5+ experience with .Net, ReactJs, ExpressJs, NodeJs, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
• Ability to work in an Agile environment 
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API management.
• Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, HTML 
• Familiarity with bundling tools like Webpack 
• Familiarity with Task Runners like Gulp or Grunt 
• Knowledge in unit testing using Jest or Mocha 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 
• Ability to translate mockups into seamless web pages with perfect visual and functional elements. 
• Experience in building large and modular codebases. 
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and knowledge of how to interface with them. 
• Understanding of layout aesthetics 
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) 
• Experience in building application with microservices architecture 
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines primarily  Microsoft Azure Devops 
• SOAP/REST Web Services 
• Redis with JSON 
• Web Sockets 
• Node Version 12+ 
• Containers (Dockers) 
• Kubernetes
