Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for opportunity generation from the targeted set of accounts for Apple, HP, and Dell to large organizations. The role is focused on sourcing new enterprise leads, managing the sales cycle and building relationships with key decision-makers, and exceeding targets in a high-velocity environment.
Core Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from enterprise accounts (mid-to-large organizations) using outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting.
• Present, demonstrate, and recommend tailored product solutions (Apple, HP, Dell, Cisco and related technologies) that align with enterprise IT needs and business challenges.
• Maintain a robust pipeline in CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent), ensuring accurate forecasting and diligent follow-up activity.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and marketing teams
• Stay updated on new product launches and the competitive landscape for Apple, HP, and Dell ecosystems.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years inside sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise or B2B technology sales.
• Strong working knowledge across End User Compute & DC products (Data Center, HPC, Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Security, Network Transformation, and more).
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and remote selling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Experience in managing inside sales & lead generation campaigns. complex, high-value sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
