Role Objectives:
The Talent Acquisition Lead sources and interviews candidates for managerial roles, manages the candidate life cycle, and supervises the team. They collaborate with senior leaders on recruitment strategies, review and improve processes, and stay updated on industry trends.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing potential candidates for the managerial level hiring
Conducting interviews for the managerial level and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Managing the candidate life cycle, from initial application to final job offer.
Supervise and provide guidance to the team
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment, share best practices, and address challenges.
Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Review and evaluate existing recruitment practices and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:
6+ years of experience
Strong Leadership skills
Extraordinary Communications skills
Excellent commands of English
Time Management
Negotiation skills
