Role Objectives:
The Talent Management Senior Specialist will be responsible for driving employee growth, engagement, and development by managing awareness & training programs, internal communications, and talent initiatives. This role ensures alignment between business needs and employee development, fosters a culture of transparency and collaboration, and contributes to building an engaged, high-performing workforce.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Map out mandatory training plans for employees to meet functional development needs.
- Maintain and update training records, tracking employee participation and outcomes.
- Collect and analyze training evaluation feedback to measure effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Develop and execute internal communication plans that support organizational culture, employee engagement, and company values.
- Draft and circulate announcements, newsletters, and campaigns to keep employees informed of company updates, initiatives, and events.
- Partner with leaders to ensure clear and consistent messaging across departments.
- Manage internal communication channels (e.g., email, intranet, internal platforms) to maximize employee reach and engagement.
- Lead internal campaigns to promote company culture and boost engagement.
- Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other tools to measure communication effectiveness.
- Support the design and implementation of talent development initiatives, including career pathing, succession planning, and performance management programs.
- Track employee engagement activities and support the execution of engagement surveys and action plans.
- Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure talent programs address both organizational and individual needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that enhance employee experience and reinforce company culture.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., training participation, engagement survey results, turnover trends) and provide insights for decision-making
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in learning & development, internal communication, or talent management.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across all organizational levels
