Provides analysis, guidance and advice to execute technical accuracy and operational efficiency in within Talent Acquisition. Oversee the requisition approval process including: ensuring accuracy and proper assignment of the requisitions to Talent Acquisition Partners and accuracy of job descriptions, and job details. Delivers enhanced customer service regarding data and technical matters to hiring managers and other parties throughout the lifespan of a requisition, including post hire/transfer transactions. Assist and coordinate other items for the Talent Acquisition team, including regular reporting and hiring events. Provides ad hoc training and regular monthly training to hiring managers on recruitment process and Workday requisition process. Is part of the operations team for Talent Acquisition and will assist in event planning, event implementation, recruitment efficiency project and implementation.
Essential Responsibilities / Duties:
Act as the primary contact for hiring managers on a tactical level for requisitions, pre-recruitment. Guide hiring managers through the creation of requisitions, conveying understanding of where the requisitions are in the approval process, assisting with appropriate text and aesthetic of the posting, and keeping the Talent Acquisition Partners informed of any issues. Provide regular training courses on requisition creation. Serve as final requisition check prior to posting: Vet, review, and quality check requisitions after they reach the final approval process, then open and post. Check all requisitions for position accuracy, appropriate union positioning, and other details. Finalize and then hand off to appropriate Talent Acquisition Partners. Technically assist with Workday post-identification of candidates. This mostly applies to internal transfers and will be a resource if hiring managers are having trouble (or need a status update) on internal candidate changes that have been agreed and executed by the Talent Acquisition Partners. Sourcing for candidates on higher-volume roles. This position will, when needed, source for candidates in roles that reach a spike in volume throughout the year. Coordinate and communicate to all parties involved in system enhancements and changes, ensure that HR and BMC stakeholders are informed of changes and will be a source for any questions regarding them. Research, schedule, prepare materials for, and coordinate Talent Acquisition Partners for recruiting events. This will be measured by a result of not only netting hires from these events but also gaining outreach to key community populations. Act as the primary interface for the vendor management system. Execute and initially analyze regular reporting, to be used by the Talent Acquisition Management team. Assist the Talent Acquisition leadership in strategic project work. Education:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree (preferably) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Support experience. Strongly preferred experience within an academic or healthcare Talent Acquisition office.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Must have strong attention to detail Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks and demands is required for this role Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Must be professional and polished at all times Strong emotional intelligence is required for this role Excellent judgement, and strong critical thinking skills are required and essential for this role Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment as well as independently Must be a creative and strategic thinker Must have strong presentation skills as you will be required to train managers and team on processes Strong time management and organizational skills are required for this role
