American Express Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) provides Card Members around the world with a full range of services—from trip planning and booking to enhancing their journeys with exclusive, tailored experiences. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator Project Analyst to support the execution of our Surprise & Delight and Centurion Experiential events. These events span a wide range of luxury experiences—from sports and fashion to fine dining, wine, and the performing arts—and are offered exclusively to Centurion Members.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is passionate about luxury experiences, and has a strong understanding of event coordination and customer engagement. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant and coordinator for Surprise & Delight and Centurion Experiential events, including Centurion New York Resy Dining experiences.
- Lead weekly S&D meetings and manage event planning trackers, ticketing reports, and performance feedback for business units.
- Collaborate with Centurion Servicing Teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness ahead of events.
- Maintain and update event information in the Centurion Events & Experience Hub and shared OneDrive folders.
- Utilize tools such as Amex Resy, ConneX emails and Cendyn to manage event logistics and customer data.
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure timely dissemination of event details and training materials.
- Provide support and communication to Relationship teams when needed.
- Stay informed on luxury lifestyle trends and continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Premium Lifestyle, Premium Event Collection and entertainment experience management.
- Strong knowledge of luxury lifestyle services and premium customer expectations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with OneDrive and collaborative tools.
- Proven knowledge of working with ConneX, Amex Resy, TicketManager, and other event/ticketing platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
