Senior Data Analyst

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Data Analyst (on Hybrid working modules basis) with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Your Job:

• Assist all operational departments in extraction and analysis of data gathered from available tools
• Discuss with all business units the new trends in the market and develop new reports can help the business units in achieving their identified targets.
• Create and build new reports which serve the business needs internally and externally
• Interpret results and prepare power point presentations as and when required for business / client meetings.
• Support and recommend process updates as applicable
• Develop all regulatory reports in an automation way that can be generate based on identified frequency.
• Day-to-day responsibility for solving all reported issues related to the operation of all company business applications.
• Act as the local expert of the core business applications; solve any related user queries via system analysis within the corporate guidelines and/or forward complex issues to the corporate IT employees for prompt remediation.
• Ensure effective implementation of change requests to facilitate changing business operations.
• Participate in defining appropriate application set-up and processes to implement new business products and new initiatives.
• Understand business requirements and translate it to application features.
• B.Sc. Degree. Computer Science or any related field
• 5-7 years of experience in area of data analysis. Experience in Healthcare data analysis is a plus
• Advanced skills in analytical tools such as Oracle Cloud BI, Power BI…etc.
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and OBIEE is essential.
• Advanced Excel/VBA and analytical skills. Experience in using query languages such as SQL
